1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return at PAWNEST LLC, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused, unwashed, and in its original premium packaging.
- All tags and authenticity seals must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required for processing.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following assets cannot be returned:
- Perishable pet nutrition (Organic Kibble/Supplements).
- Custom-made or personalized pet accessories.
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned asset, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Assets
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our concierge team immediately. We will initiate a priority replacement at no additional cost to you, including a pre-paid shipping label for the defective unit.
