1. Return Window

At PAWNEST LLC, we offer a 30 Days return window from the date of delivery. If 30 Days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return or exchange of any kind.

2. Conditions for Acceptance

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original premium condition. It must also be in the original packaging with all security seals intact. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

3. Shipping & Logistics

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for assets over $75.

Important Note

Returns sent back to our Dexter, New Mexico facility without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.
