This Terms of Service agreement is between you and PAWNEST LLC. By accessing our boutique and purchasing our assets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these protocols. If you do not agree, please cease all use of this platform immediately.

We strive for absolute precision in product descriptions and pricing. However, PAWNEST LLC does not warrant that product specifications, photos, or prices are 100% error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund.

All content on this site, including logos, designs, text, and curated imagery, is the exclusive property of PAWNEST LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or 'scraping' of our digital assets for commercial use is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under federal law.

PAWNEST LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific asset in question.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any legal action or disputes arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of New Mexico.
